I was starting the journey in 2004 in PGFC Sheraton Surabaya and left the property in 2007, and back in 2013 in Sheraton Bandung. What I love most is the value we share in Starwood, "Bringing joy, care and excellence to associates, guests, and partners, always!"
I found passion, courage, people learn, change and grow. My role in Starwood has helped me to learn more about people and development, and to be agile, ready for changes. It is wonderful journey to learn & grow, where we treat mistakes as the opportunity to learn.
